So my antivirus definitions aren't updating on the core. Already reactivated the core and it went through fine. We just paid our renewal for this year.
When I look at the licenses it doesn't show an entry for AV subscription at all.
And when I logged in here it says we're not entitled to open a support ticket.
So what do I do?
This sounds like a LANDesk licensing issue which is supported for everyone. Please call 800-581-4553 and select the license option to get this resolved.
