    Unlocking Incidents in Landesk Service



      I have LDSD v7.3.2. Incidents keep remaining locked even when there is no analyst opening them. Can someone out there help me with a Step by Step guide of how i can keep unlocking these incidents manually or automatically.


      When am in the Console logged on as administrator...there is an option in the File Menu called "Unlock item"....but every time i click on it i get a message "Object referrence Not set to an Instance of an Object".    for your information, this part used to work when the consultant had just installed the Landesk Application.


      The Database is on Microsoft SQL Server2008
