This may have been answered somewhere else, but I have not been able to find it.
When a non-landesk admin tech installs the agent on a computer, they will not see it in the remote console for 15 -30 minutes (haven't timed it exactly) while I can see it much sooner being an admin. Does not make a difference whether I am remoted into the core or using the remote console.
We have scoped out the non-admins to not see servers in the console, but nothing beyond that. Is this normal behaviour and if so, what is happening behind the scenes?
We are running LD 9 SP2 on Server 2008 R2.
