If yes, Can you attache a copy of alertservice.log from the log folder located under the Managementsuite folder on your core server.

Actually i already start all the services and rules sets also , but i am not getting any logs and mail after make some changes on a client side.
But i checked that Landesk rules sets and alerting services are configured correctly and started.
kinldy help me out fromt this situtation as soon as please !

Already configured Alert Rule Sets with their rules but couldn't get any mails and even logs in any folders in Program files x86.
Help to fix this problem
