    Create a child incident using schedule manager

      I would like to create a child incident on a scheduled basis using schedule manager. I have created my schedule and set the module to Incident Management, the business object to incident, the query to a query that returns exactly one incident, set the scheduled action type to run action and the action to create child incident. When I saved it my incident window popped up and I filled in all the mandatory fields.

       

      The problem is that when the schedule runs I get an error code -2147220429 This incident has changed status, and the action you selected is no longer available. Please redisplay the window and try again.

       

      Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?
