replication content from \\server\ldlogon\html\ to agents

    Rookie

      Hello.

I would like to have a replication from:

      \\landeskserver\ldlogon\html\deferralwithmessage.html

      \\landeskserver\ldlogon\html\deferralpage.html

      \\landeskserver\ldlogon\html\images\firmlogo.gif

to all client agent already deployed:

      C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient\html\...

Indeed, I modified the  line 48 from deferralwithmessage.html on the server (GIF file name and size):

      <p><img src="images/firmlogo.gif" width="84"  height="70"> </p>

I want all computers would have this setup with the new GIF.

      Thank You.

You may have already found an answer to this through other channels, if not, I think you may be misunderstanding the purpose of Content Replication.

It's designed to copy files to preferred servers - for example, software distributions packages and patches. As far as I'm aware, it is not capable of copying files to agents.

You would be better off using any of the mechanisms LANDesk provides for getting files to agents, such as a Software Distribution batch, or perhap a Custom Script.

It's also possible that these files are included in an Agent Configuration update, in which case you could push an update to clients, but I'm not 100% sure if that is the case.
