I believe you will need to create a new business object in the module you with to use. Obviously, if some of the attributes within Incident don't fit what you need, you can tailor the new business object accordingly.
I had the same issue in the Call Management module, and found that having several different business objects suited my needs better than a single 'With 3rd party'. See attached image which shows the various collections within the Call business object.
You will obviously need to create a new window to associate with the business object, but you can use the wizard for that if you wish.
