    Mail not logging as new incident, Application log errors

      New messages are being processed by Service Desk but are returning a message


      The system was unable to carry out the requested Action 'Create'


      Testing the mail settings shows everything in working, both services are started and the mappings are correct.

      Looking in the Application Event log there are normally 3 entries for each email


      1.Could Not Find Process for Subject xxxxxxxxx

      2.Maximum request length exceeded.


      Maximum request length exceeded.

      Stack Trace:

      at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_InputStream()

      at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.Initialize()


      I have checked the maximum attachment size, restarted IIS, deactivated and reactivate the process, restarted all the services, reconfigured the mappings against a new template. Subject length is not exceeding the string length for the title attribute in the BO. I cannot find anything wrong but mail will not log.

      Have also checked for incident collections and removed as http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-4954
