    Knowledge search when inputing problem data


      For some reason, when creating a new problem, while I'm typing in a long description, knowdge searh keeps popping up on my status bar. It can get so bad that it hangs my session.

      Is there some setting that I need to remove?

          You need to modify your window design in Window Manager.  The properies on the field you are typing in when you see this behaviour it sounds as is you have "invoke knowledge search" set to "punctuation character".  If it's a multiline text field then it is better to have it set on "lose focus" so that you get just one search when you leave the field or have it switched off entirely if you don't want your knowledgebase autosearched.
