    How to Create A Query that will show how long it takes to Resolve a Ticket.




      I need to create a query that will give dates of when an  ticket is created, and when it is resolved for a resolver group, over the a period of a month.

      I can get one that shows when a call is closed, but this is no use. I just cant get it to show the resolution creation date/Creation group.


      We are currently using 7.3.2 .  The Module is Incident.



      Any help would be great.
