      I'm almost certain that the answer to this is a resounding NO, but it has been asked within the business whether or not LANDesk Service Desk has any IM capabilities. The closest I could think to get to it would be using the RSS generator and an aggregator, but if anyone is aware of a mechanism for IM already in the system then it would be more helpful; assuming that I'm right and it doesn't exist what do people think of the idea of having an IM mechanism included in LANDesk ServiceDesk to allow instant communication between the relevant support groups? It would be properly logged as well I would hope so you had an audit.
