When the option 'Notify Assignee' is selected on a call note, the system emails the analyst who is assigned to the Service Desk Call. It has just been brought to my attention that not only the assignee is receiving an email but also another 2 analysts are getting the emails. This has been happening since we went live in 2008 with LANDesk. We are currently sitting with version 18.104.22.16824. How would I change the notify assignee to remove the other 2 analysts. I have read an earlier post about conditions within the process, but we do not have any conditions in our process for notes.
