    Setting a time limit in Process Designer to send a reminder




      I am looking at changing our Incident Process so that if a Priority 2 SLA incident has been logged this set off a time limit of 24 hours and if the incident hasn't been resolved by then it sends a reminder to managers that states it is still open.


      I can set a decision in the process that recognises the SLA given, but after that stage can I put a time limit on the incident that continually ticks for 24 hours and then send a reminder if the incident hasn't been resolved?
