OK i know why... computer with latest Bios version is ok... but older version don't work.
If someone have the same prob.... it's Dell Optiplex 740 and the good bios version is 2.2.5.

Image error 12 means you hard drive isn't large enough.
Remember, Image.exe is sector based so you can only deploy to a drive that is smaller than the partition you captures.
For example, if you capture the image on a 160 GB partition, then you can deploy to any machine with a 160 GB partition or bigger (although some 160 GB drives may not work either as different vendors may have slightly different sizes and sectors).
So if you are getting error 12, it isn't the BIOS, it is the drive is too small.
If you read the BKM (Best Known Method for Deploying Windows XP using Windows PE) it mentions that you should make a small partition and use that to capture your image so it can go anywhere.
