I have defined my Business services. And created a techincal service structure. What would be the best way to link these two together?
An example. In servicedesk a incident is raised upon the e-mail service. The first thing when analysing where the problem can be is to get information of how this service is built up (the technical service (applications, servers, network and so on) from the input of the business service.
I am curious if anybody got some experience of doing this.
- Is it possible?
- Is it manageable?
