    LDMS 9 SP2 Desktop Manager status stuck processing

      After updating my clients to LDMS 9 SP2.  With Desktop manager, when I deploy applications (set to policy and manual), the process gets stuck in processing and I can't get out of Desktop manager unless I kill the tasks but the job looks like it ran successfully.  The desktop manager thinks its still running and doesn't end.  I don't have this problem with the non-updated ldms client sp2
