    Help with searching knowledge in Self Service

      The scenario :
      I have a knowledge article which is published to our 'End User Self Help' domain.
      The domain is then published to the group that this end user belongs to.
      Within knowledge configuration the search layout is Title, Description, Document Summary (Title & Description have Search Type 'Is Natural Language').

      Title & Description contain text - 'upside down screen'

       

      The Problem:

      End user puts term 'upside down monitor' on the incident/title attribute on our self service window and hits search but nothing is appearing. After some lengthly reading I can't seem to figure this one out so any pointers is very much appreciated as always.

       

      Business Objects have the Automatic Search behaviour with the appropriate attributes having 'Is AutoSearch' set to True.
