    Error 0x80040259 Failed to Load Required Modules


      We have been fighting an issue with LANDesk Antivirus. It has affected both WinXP and Win7 installations, however it seems to recur a bit more on our Win7 machines.




      So far the only fix I've found for the issue is to completely re-install the agent. We are running LDMS v9sp2. The test machine I'm using this morning just had the agent installed yesterday. When I came in this morning, AV was disabled and I received the above error when I tried to enable the AV service.


      Any ideas?
