We have a problem in our company with some users that are having problems using the Software Deployment Portal.
Some users are getting the message : Policy Synchronization has failed when accessing the SDP. The list remains blank afterwards.
There are no problems with the Launchpad or other policies.
I've added a screenshot to show what the message is.
We don't see this problem at all our users, but only a small group.
We have already tried to remove the LANDesk agent, remove the computer from the database, and reinstall the LANDesk agent, but no avail.
We are running LANDesk 9.0 SP2. I've tried to search the community for users who have the same problem, but it seems no-one else has reported this yet.
