I'm sure we used to be able to change the Raise user after an incident had been saved.
Our service desk wnat to be able to change this as many email queries are coming in under external addresses and they want to tehn chaneg the rasie User to the university address and add the second email to that user.
We don't appear to have write once on the attribute though so not sure where behaviour is coming from.
Also, does anyone know if there is a style sheet or option to change the results returned from a knowledge search in WebAccess?
