    Anyone using Core Knowledge only in Service Desk v. 7.4?


      We want to build a knowledgebase using Core Knowledge only (we didn't purchase Active Knowledge) in Service Desk v. 7.4.


      Is there someone out there whose is currently using this and would be willing to talk with us about your experience?
