Is your image a single file? If not, then you are going to have real difficulties using multicasting. You'd be best sticking to non-multicast distribution.

I am new to Landesk and was told if you image more than 1 or 2 computers to use multicasting.
I am using a image that is in 6 pieces and has 4 partitions.
What would be the proper way to image say a lab of 30 computers?
For that number of machines, the obvious best way would be to use Multicast if you can get it to work. One question I have for you, how much free space does you Multicase Representative have on its hard drive?
I have 60 gig on the multicast represenative.
Any idea how to get multicasting to work?
Update I've had a aha moment. My c drive only has 3 gig left d drive has 60 gig. Guess there wasn't enough space to cache the image.
