Software Distribution using Vulscan = Strange Return Codes

    zman Master

Running 9.0 SP2 with latest public MCPs. Installing IE8 via simple optional policy (right click repair). Getting all kind of strange return codes in Console. So for example, IE8 install correctly and needs a reboot. ie8 log indicates:

02:09.000: WARNING: Message to User: It is strongly recommended that you choose "Restart Now" to allow Setup to finish. Some applications may not function correctly until your system is restarted. Are you sure you want to restart later?

Which is correct 3010 needs a restart. Console indicates 414 failed. So at first I thought well ldrunner is an exe and so is the Distro Package so it does not know how to handle this and I updated Default non msi with 3010 with success (this is before I saw the 414 ;-). Still comes ip failed. I guess I could do a work around on the crazy codes I'm getting back (414, 405, 437, 16433) but was wondering why 3010 is not the return code? Why is ldrunner/vulscan not grabbing the correct return code from the IE8 installer.

      Anyone seen this before?
