    Which Users have access to login to Webdesk? and how can I grant that right to a user or group?


      Does an Account Manager user have access to the webdesk? If not how can I grant them access? The ServiceDesk system was setup by someone else and all I was left with was the documentation provided which says nothing about configuring webdesk access.
