I am using Service Desk 7.3 (starting to work on upgrading to 7.4)
Currently, when I open a new incident for a user I can easily see all approved software for an end user on ticket.
And when I click on the end user name on the incident it will open the end user window where I can make a few changes for that user.
It would be very helpful to be able to click a link on the end user page that launches that would allow me to add configuration items to the users approved softwre list but am not sure if it is possible, or how to approach it.
Any recommendations/insite will be appreciated.
