I read that this is a Permission problem to this share.. but this Preferredserver is configured like others that works fine. Can anyone help me to solve this Problem?

You can look on the client machine under the LDClient\Data directory for the sdclient_taskxx.log file.  Since this is a software deployment action that should contain additional information.

As for the exit code, that is a Windows exit code that we pass through, and as we can see here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms681382(v=vs.85).aspx) error code 5 is Access Denied.

What package are you trying to deploy?  If you run it through Software Distribution it will likely give the same result, so you could try that as well and look at that sdclient_taskxx.log file.

Let me know what happens with this.
