When informing customers of their target resolution date (as driven by SLA), the date time format output is dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss (time zone information etc).
I want to display this in a more dicgestible and international format as part of our HTML based emails.
Any ideas on reformatting the data to something more universal such as dd-MON-yyyy hh24:mm (time zone information retained)?
Our customer base in international so local server settings etc do not help here.
