Alert job return "incorrect function" on client not in domain

    Apprentice

I have some client that they aren't in the domain, i create a agent and i specify the IP address of the server, in the patch manager i indicate the IP address of the server, it's all ok but when i create a schedule job for deploy "Alert rulset" it return "incorrect function". I haven't problem with the other pc that are in the domain. I have problem only with this type of job, patch manager function correctly, other job function correctly. There is a panel or other where i can indicate the IP address and not the name server ?
