A LANdesk consultant came in last week and set up a branch of our default process to add a task for the attention of our HR department to authorise new user requests.
I need to create a few similar branches with various other pre-conditions, but I've been unable to proceed, as there is a mantatory field that needs completing, which the consultant somehow managed to skip. The new task notification email that is sent to HR has a web-desk link they can click to take them straight to the incident.
Does anyone know how to get around this? (we're using v7.4) I've attached two screen shots of the default process branch and the corresponding task assignment.
