    Service Level Management for Change


      Hi, I've created response levels for change and added escalations on this but the escalations never expire.


      The change can enter the escalation point and a time has been set for it to expire. It says on the wondow that it expired at a certain time but even after that time the escaltion is showing as open.


      Does anyone have any idea's why?


      This is working fine in incident.
