No I didnt see that article - so its due to some personal settings?
Ran the scripts - but no change - well except for the first login - after closing and reopening again, the message reappears.
We are having the same issue with one anaylst. When i run the select script to see what would be removed it show that nothing is there to delete
Select * from tps_application_User_setting where tps_user_guid in (select tps_guid from tps_user where tps_name = 'username') i did use the real name in place of username.
After looking at this we found a duplicate record in the tps_user_preference was causing the problem.
If you have this problem please report it to you support provider.
