We have an issue on several computers.
When an inventory is launched (automaticvally or manually) an error occurs :
A re-installation does not fix the issue.
Did somebody already have this error ?
That file is a windows component, not a LANDesk component. LANDesk is obviously trying to use it to check some information but looks like it is either missing or cannot be located (security rights)?
I don't know why it wouldn't be there but that is what you need to investigate on those machines.
