I have had a couple of questions on how the system handles it if an email gets sent to the Help Desk and there are also other people CC'd. I know the system doesn't handle CC's from Outlook but is there a way that someone can add multiple recipients before an Automatic Reminder goes out or would it only work if it were a manual reminder?
I know there isn't much detail here but if any one has some insight into CC's that would be great!
