    Services not showing up in Service Catalogue

      Hi, I`m setting up Service Catalogue for a product demo and I encountered a problem. All services I configured not showing up in the portal (see attached screen shot). I have:

       

      - Added all required services as Business Service

      - Publish business services to all required user role

      - Added all required privileges to users

      - Set Configuration Items in business object to Knowledgeable to All

      - Rebuild knowledge index several times and status completed

      - Added service request process to Lifecycle

      - Added Service Catalogue shortcut to Self Service Portal

      - Reset IIS several times

       

      Can anyone tell me what did I miss out, why is my services not showing up. Thanks
