It pulls in the name of the business object that you have created your services under. So I suppose you could change the name of that, not sure if there's any other way to do it.

yes, you are right, It takes the value form the object name... but even If I rename the object, then there would be another prefix to my services.... I already have some meaningful name in my service list like Printer access or Password reset, so I dont want to add any prefix to these service items...
You can create a Report Template for the Service Catalogue to customise its appearance in the same way you create report templates for queries. See the "Creating report templates for Web Access" section on page 39 of the Designer guide.
You have to create the Report Template on the Configuration Item object and call it ServiceCatalogueDisplay.

Thanks for the superb solution... earlier i was trying to select the report template in service catalogue web form, then i got a document which says that the report template is hardcoded for service catalogue which is ServiceCatalogueDisplay and i used that.. now its working fine....
