    Open at top of console window does not have Request or HR modules

      Is there a way to quickly look up the reference ID's of other modules besides Incident, Change, and Problem, User and Customer in the Console if you're using other modules?

       

      Specifically Im hoping to be able to quickly open Request and HR tickets.
