I've followed the documentation in the Hardware Independent Imaging guide over at droppedpackets. Everything works with the drivers and HAL, but I am having trouble with sysprep. I am not very versed on sysprep, but I think that the problem lies with sysprep, rather than LANDesk. After imaing the computer with an OSD script, Windows boots and runs the Windows setup (asking for the VLK, user names, etc.). It is as if the sysprep.inf file is missing or something. Did I miss a step when I ran sysprep on the prototype computer? I did not check the option "Use mini-setup" in the sysprep utility options. Is this the problem maybe?
