"It is strongly recommended that the LANDesk agent not be included in an image. The recommended way to install the LANDesk Agent with imaging is to use the Sysprep or unattend.txt file. LANDesk integrates with Sysprep by adding commands to the GUIRunOnce section to install the LANDesk Agent once the image has been restored to a workstation. Besides causing duplicate devices, the LANDesk agent is often updated and adding it to the image will quickly cause your image to be outdated and within a short time, you will have to be reinstalling the agent after laying down the image anyway."
