    LANDesk Management Gateway and Agent Configuration


      We recently had our LDMS installation upgraded to v9.0SP2 by a consultant from LANDesk and he mentioned that it was possible to change a template that then forced all new agent configurations to be automatically configured to support the LANDesk Management Gateway appliance.  I haven't spotted any documentation that details how to do this so was wondering if anyone can help?


      Since we first installed the gateway it has baffled me as to why the config of the agents to support it is done post agent installation (using the out-of-the-box functionality), and was disappointed to discover that this was still the case in the current version.


      Anyway, any assistance would be appreciated.
