    A new installed SW can't be found in the inventory list

      Hi All,

       

      A new SW is just installed in a client. It still can't be found in its inventory list after issuing inventory-scan from the console. Can anyone tell me why? And how to fix it?

       

      If I want to keep all my clients' inventory DB up-to-date everyday, how should I configure the agent?
