    Service Desk Reports Login


      Hi everyone.  I currently have our reports saved to a shared network, however originally the database, etc were on a differnet server.  Even though in the shares I have updated the location of the reports and have the reporting login user info entered, the SD Reports credentials keep getting locked out by random machines when trying to print an incident, etc.  I am just trying to find out if there is some location on the servers themselves (web, app) that I need to change the credentials for reporting.  I cant imagine it being tied to a machine as when a user tries to print it is pulling from the same network share.  Any ideas?
