    History Of Incidents Not showing

      Hi all

       

      Bit strange this one.

       

      We have upgraded to 7.4 and using webdesk but we have a couple of analyst that when opening an incident the History panel is totally blank. They have tried logging on different PCs to see if the problem is with the pc but stillc annot see any history?

       

      This is only happening to one or two analysts

       

      Any ideas
