I don't know of any way to tell that. I can tell you that LANDesk support turned it on for me. Just looked, and I see I have 60 GB worth of logs. Glad we have a lot of extra space. I like having it on, but I have to clean it out every few months.
I tried to change that Setting and checked the Log Folder (hoped for console.exe.log), but nothing changed.
So I think, this will be not logged.
But normally no one will change such settings, without analyzing something, so I also think,
that only someone for the Support changed this Setting.
