I'm fairly new to the community and have just began using LANDesk for a few months. Got a mixed environment of Win7 and Mac OS X. When trying to initiate a Remote Control session to a MacBook Air, I'm just seeing a blank screen. However it does seem like the connetion is made and I can move the mouse cursor. I've tried initiating the remote on both the LANDesk Management Console as well as the WebUI remote. Any thoughts as to where I could look to fix this issue.
