Windows 7 Recycle Bin Properites Grayed out

      Hi All,

In Windows 7 64-bit enterprise SP1 operating system, If I right click the recycle bin and select properites i can able to see general tab but it has been grayed out. So if I delete any items its not going into recycle bin, it is deleting Permanently. I am trying this think from Local Administrator account (I have enabled the default administrator account in windows 7).

Can anyone please help me how to enable the grayed out console in recycle bin, so once it is enabled then I can able to change the settings to "custome size", then deleting items will come into recycle bin only.

Please give some troubleshooting methods to enable the recycle bin, general tab console.
