    Custom Service Desk report


      I am trying to set up a report with the following criteria and have been unsuccessful in finding the correct attribues to select for the report. Admittedly I am a super novice at crystal reports and database reporting in general so I am looking to the community for assistance. My criteria is:


      Number of incidents per month grouped by priority

      Average response/acknowledg time grouped by priority

      Average resolve time grouped by priority

      All of the above grouped by analyst group/department.


      Does anyone have a report that does this?
