So what is your problem, sounds like you have all the bits of information you need? Can you be specific?
I think you are looking for something like a manufacturing date, or anything to indicate its age? You will find it difficult to determine that by anything available on the device itself... Bios date is tricky as some devices can have a quite old bios version. Record creation date in LANDesk can work, if you really manage your devices real careful and they spend all their life in the LANDesk Database.
Safest bet would be to look at the ManagedPlanet/LANDesk Data analytics DTS solution... With that you can import things like warranty startdates and, if your supplier supports it B2B data from the moment you order the device, from the web, giving you the most accurate dates about your devices possible.
I just had a need to do this. I found that of our 8,000+ devices...Computer > System > Manufacturer Date does not exist on any of them! We are on LDMS 9.5 SP1. Was this field removed at some point?
It is a place holder. It won't get filled in if the machine doesn't return it with a scan.
If you have Data Analytics and a standard manufacturer such as Dell where it can get data from you can get things like shipping date or last warranty end date etc. to report against. Otherwise, unless you are adding this data onto a maching yourself you aren't going to get it in the inventory.

I found a way to grab this on most of our Dell machines. Dell Client Configuration Toolkit - CCTK - Systems Management - Wiki - Systems Management - Dell Community
I will create a LANDesk job to run a batch file that runs that command, saves it to a txt file, runs a for loop to parse the txt file to get it into our LANDesk Custom registry field.
