    Inventory scans are not returning full data

    Rookie

      Just recently machines installing the client are not returning all the inventory data they should be.  We are using 9.0 sp2 and most machines after the client install have the full info in the landesk database, however new machines are not functioning correctly.

       

      Steps I have taken:

       

           delete host from database and inventory scan with /f /sync

           remove and reinstall client.

       

      any other ideas or things logs I can look at to get this back in working order?
