    Help with cancelled incidents


      Right now we have it setup so that if we cancel an incident for whatever reason, we would like it so that the reason we enter into the Details section, is shown to the end user.  However, the way its setup right now, they are only seeing this in there details section:


      Details: {IncidentCancellation/_Details}


      Please let me know what i need to enter into that field for user notifications to include the details we write when cancelling a ticket.
