    Tickets processed from Gmail

      We seem to have an occurence now where some email requests that come in from Google don't completely get processed in Service Desk.  It'll take some of the text but not all of it.

       

      Has anyone come across this before?  Does Google map as "Body" like Outlook?  This is a HUGE thing we have right now.
